Bailey Schwarck, MSN, RN

Bailey Schwarck provides clinical support and operational oversight to Senior Living Solutions programs throughout the Des Moines area. She previously served as clinical services director for our Integrated Telehealth Partners’ (ITP) division. Bailey has more than 15 years of healthcare and nurse leadership experience.

Her dedication to quality care metrics and personal mission to bridge the gaps in health care delivery has led her to excel in leadership positions across the healthcare continuum, including home health care, inpatient hospital settings, and post-acute skilled nursing settings. Prior to joining PMC, Bailey was the director of programming and clinical training for the American Institute of Caring. Bailey is passionate about helping others in their professional development and equipping healthcare providers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools so that our communities have a better understanding of mental health conditions, needs, and services. Bailey serves as a member of the American Nurses Association, Iowa Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, as well as a nurse mentor for students at Grandview University, Aspen University, and The University of St. Mary.

Bailey holds an LPN and ADN from Southwestern Community College and an M.S. in Clinical Systems Leadership from The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
