Jill Horn

Jill Horn provides clinical support and operational oversight to programs throughout the Oklahoma City region.  

Before joining PMC in 2022 as a Regional Director, Jill was the Director of Nursing for a pediatric home health agency covering two states. She has also been a nurse leader serving in the inpatient and outpatient settings at a children’s hospital. 

Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree in nursing administration from the University of Texas Arlington.
