Tammy Martin

Tammy Martin is PMC’s director of benefits, bringing over 30 years of experience in HR. Tammy has worked in various industries, including healthcare, retail, franchise, and manufacturing, bringing a wide range of expertise to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH.

Before joining PMC, she served as the director of total rewards at Covenant Physician Partners, where she managed all Total Rewards programs and played a key role during due diligence and acquisitions. Tammy also worked as a compensation expert at Wellpath, providing information for RFPs and contracts concerning medical services for underserved individuals. Prior to those roles, Tammy worked for Timberland and HSN, where she was instrumental in building out the HR infrastructure and compensation programs.
