John ‘JD’ Frattini

JD joined PMC in 2016 as a regional director. He oversees Senior Life Solutions operations in the Nashville region, providing operational oversight and program support. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, with expertise in multiple industries, including healthcare, insurance, and social service organizations.

Before joining PMC, JD was responsible for the operational management, program development, and strategic growth of the American Cancer Society. Before entering the non-profit sector, he oversaw regional operations and compliance programs for over ten years in the insurance industry.

JD has extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering multi-dimensional, cross-functional business models covering a wide industry spectrum. During his 20 years working across these industries, he has helped launch numerous programs, from the inception of an idea, through the preparation and presentation of business plans. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an understanding of the delicate balance between dedication to mission, the need for bold entrepreneurial initiatives, and the importance of strategic planning.

JD earned his BS in Business Management from the State University of New York, Farmingdale.
